This is the background that I made to use whenever I make a wallpaper that is themed around 'Doctor Who'. It's my attempt at creating the Time Vortex, and I think it came out alright. If you want to use it, send me a private message with your e-mail and I'll send you a copy of it without the watermark. All I ask is that you credit me with creating it. Despite it not taking me that long to make, I don't want people to steal it and play it off as theirs. I hate art stealers, and that's why I always to make sure I have permission to use it before I submit a colored in lineart.

Dimensions used are 1600x900 pixels. If you have a computer screen that is another size, let me know and I'll go ahead and adjust it for you.
