I finally made it. 
It's cute, or should I say that she's cute?
I like the brush strokes, especially around the eye. I don't know if you added blush or not, but it looks nice.
The crackle that you added in was a nice touch. I could almost believe that it was a painting. If it wasn't for the blurry bits of hair.
As a photo I'm sure the blurry hair was endearing, but as a painting it reminds me it was once a photo.
Once you move past that, I think everything was very well done. I keep going back to look at the crackle on her skin.

I'm still on the quest to improve my technique.
I Apply some blur to the entire outline of the image, now I understand that it was not good, the good thing is that this error and your timely comment made me learn about that.
I posted this other work White Dress and am preparing another I'm sure you'll like it much when you see it.

Oh, I did see that other 'drawing' in passing. I didn't know that it was yours at all. Normally I can tell your work apart from the others I see. It did catch my eye, so I think I still have it somewhere to look more closely at it.
