Mizuishi and Kaku! I love snow!I always drew Kaku in scarves because I had trouble editing over Natsu's scarf. My laziness! XP
Then again that was before I really started on his backstory. So I will probally make a full Bio and an updated guild card soon.
But for the main part Kaku grew up in a town with constantly cold and snowing. He just never got used to not wearing them.
again I will upload the full bio later but to sum it up he had it tough before Fairy Tail.
