For the anatomy, very good!! Every body part seems to be in correct shape and size, but the right knee is a little too skinny to be in that position! However, her right arm and leg seems to be a little flat. When arms go down like that, the leg opens up for the arm to rest on it. It's doing that but it looks too close to the body for the arm, or that was intended. If you want, you can loosen the leg for the arm! (Don't take this the wrong way! XD)
For the idea, very peaceful and relaxing! Good use of the color to bring out the feeling.
Finally, good details! I can tell you have been working hard on the clothing! But don't forget the one who is wearing it! XD You should at least define her chest with a collar bone or you-know-whats~!
