I agree. I have the hairstyle but my mom says, 'Oh, Autumn, I'm worried about you, you're turning emo!' And I'm like 'Why?' Then she says 'Emo people cut themselves, don't they?' It pisses me off so hard.

I totally agree. 100%. I wish no one would've gave emos a bad name. And 'emo' is short for emotional, which I'm usually not.
