In this picture, she is drawn as the queen of her imaginary world.
She likes making the plushies in the real life, and she has her imaginary world where all of her plushies are working as the slaves of hers.
In that world, she rules everything. So when there is something she doesn't like, she can change it by the force like that!

Apparently one slave of hers had done the unpleasant thing to her, so she punishes him with all other submissive plushie slaves of hers!

She is very selfish and aggressive in her mind, even she is trying to hide it in the real world. (Although it often fails.)
