It's her in the working uniform at her workplace.
Yes Polka is working at a small flower-shop as she loves the flowers. x)
When she had been bullied in her childhood, she took the flowers as her friend who comforted her mind. And now she hopes to make the other people happy by the beautiful flowers too. ^^
