Excellent work on the hands. I'm not a fan of your negative space - it's as though all your energy is going into the figure, but the space your figures are in are not resolved. I'd love to see more with hands - more gesture.

I hafta agree, the hands just pop out, along with the back. great job on those. but the front (sorry, I don't know as much technical language as the one before me, lol) looks underdeveloped.
