However amidst the quiet was the tranquil giggling and merriment of two couples walking the street, four pairs of feet making their way along the village square as the boys in question escourted their dates home.

"I think this has been the most fun we've been able to have in a long while!" Ino said, her blond locks swaying behind her softly as they walked on, Chouji's arm around her waist. Temari smirked happily and wrapped an arm around Shikamaru's neck, her finger pressed against his cheek.

"You know Ino," She said smiling cheekily at Shikamaru. "I'd have to agree."
