okay, mY first work of photoshop stuffs.... XD I don't know if It will show up, I don't know how to merge layers or anything.Comment plz!! Thanks!

This looks really good. The shading is quite well done for the most part, but becareful with the headbands, that it doesn't get too shiny looking. On the right, it doesn't suit the say her hair falls over it and the curve of the headband itself. The only other thing is that on the left, her lip ring looks a bit 2 dimensional.
The highlights of the hair is very well done and the makeup looks good.
Which version of photoshop did you use?
When you save it as a jpeg it automatically merges the layers.

As for merging layers...
You can hit cntrl + E or look manually in either the Edit option or Layers option. If you have teh version i do, at the bottom it'll say something like Flatten Image,
Merge Layers, Merge Down, Merge Linked.
