Description Another Piri-tan drawing! I was feeling melodramatic at the time so I drew this~

Sloppy writing is sloppy. And that was intentional, but it did not come out with the right sloppiness.

I think this was a fail, ESPECIALLY THE HANDS.

*sigh* Yet another attempt at computer coloring. Ahehehe~

And if you don't understand the writing, it says: "And yet I could still see...the blood I shed for my freedom."

Remember, this is my OC!Philippines and I DON'T OWN HETALIA.

Ay, I forgot to ask pala kasi if I can still submit even if I won't be able to join po~ I tried downloading the ref sheet but my PC can't seem to do so eh. And 2nd year is coming up, so I may be off the computer for a while T_T

I actually made a real OC but I haven't scanned it yet...
