Another evolution. This is Tao Lung, in the form of a royal assassin/bodyguard.
The heart on his forehead symbolizes that he's been taken control of by a certain spell. It's not always there... it only shows up to some. Like Kort his hair seems to change color in this type of evolution, and also he becomes a douchebag.
