Explorer bar - this is effect by 3dcc colors i dont use explorer buttons( hotkeys is more fast). The bar (top address bar) is classic menu explorer.

Very nice! How you do that???? What's program you use to change max, min, close button on explorer, and how to make navigation buttons and adress bar like your??
