The only girl in fairy tail who rivals Minerva for my favorite character.I'd love to draw more fairy tail girls (and by more I mean nearly all of them) but for some reason, they're hard to draw. I can't believe it took me this long to draw Ultear (at least not in a halloween outfit) and I can't believe I've only drawn Minerva twice...
That said, I love Minerva for how cruel she was but DAMN is ultear hot. Those thighs of hers are god like.

Just looked her up. So her power is time manipulation. That's a pretty cool power, and up there with one of my favorite elemental manipulations (along with Lava and Gravity).
And she looks amazing here. Think my favorite parts are her thighs and hips. Looks like she's wearing stockings, and those are always nice.
