hmm, I like using the pc because it's easier to color for some reason xD but I think pencil and paper is easier than using a mouse idk about the tablet tho, lol

Well, I can always just draw it, ink it on the PC with GIMP, color with Sai, etc. I'm just lazy with the inking though because... doesn't come out as good. But a mouse is always good, I should try inking my art with just that and not a tool. And yeah, I used a tablet like two weeks ago, it confused me but I got the hang of it for a bit. (:

Aww... well GIMP is free... It has it's uses but I would rather have Photoshop, and fireworks to make graphics and stuff. D: But even if I had a tablet, I'd still use a mouse because well.. it is fun. xD And I like using it for making sprites or IDs for dA, like the one I have now. <3

Yeah, much easier... I'd assume anyways. You can wiki GIMP, a friend told me about it then sent me the wiki, though my brother had to download it since there were a lot of patches or something. It was confusing. >_>
