When it comes to getting down to business, Kasumi is serious-minded, intellectual, idealistic, and strong-willed. Whenever she feels she knows more than you about something, she is very matter-of-factly and will rub it in your face. But she does it non-offensively, of course~

Typically though, she's a sweet, open-hearted, strongly imaginative and creative person, who will do just about anything for the benefit of others' happiness. And since she has a physically intuitive and spiritual nature (aka: her 'powers'), she will try her hardest to prevent negative occurrences from happening in the future - even if it means putting herself on the line for a stranger.

▹ Born and raised to a famous family: her mother, an actress, and her father, a musician - she is the youngest of four girls. She was given a set of high expectations the day she came into this world since every member of her family was successful. Her eldest sister became a supermodel, her second sister became a pop idol, and her third sister is starting her career as a professional ballet dancer.

The pressure wasn't too much for Kasumi, for she was wildly artistic and talented even at a young age. Her main tribulation was the constant nagging of her mother to figure out what her plans were for the future. But that was just it; she was exceedingly good at plenty of things. She was just as good as all of her sisters in their professions, but the question came into play, what was it that she wanted to do? Well, her aspirations were mainly to be a fashion designer, to be an actress like her mother, or her more recent interest: something to do with divination.

Ever since she could remember, she was always able to see a glimpse of what was to occur in the future - premonitions if you will. Kasumi could see the visions of a person's astral body and not necessarily their physical body. And even though this gift was something special that none of her other sisters had, she was afraid to mention it in fear of being rejected for being 'too different'.

The only person she ever told about her psychic abilities, was her childhood friend Hiroki. She had been best friends with him ever since they met twelve summers ago when he accidentally tossed his ball over her gate at the time she was playing in her yard. They were nearly inseparable afterwords, never leaving each other's sides. The two were so close, that when Kasumi decided to pursue more information about divination by coming to this school, she took Hiroki with her.

Now, she's nearly an adult and trying to figure out more about herself with the help of Hoshizora's exceedingly beneficial education plan, while being the flashy little heart-breaker that many will come to know and love. ♥
