Pollannoy constantly create a loud screech that is thought to release waves strong enough to shatter glass. Their hearing range is significantly less than humans, meaning they do not understand how loud they are screaming. They live in large cities down alleyways where they feed on trash.
Evolution line
Pollannoy does not evolve
*Sound Pollution - All Sound-based moves become Poison-type and do 1.5x more damage.
