That's how I want him to look. I kind of base my version of him off the youtube video Mad, mad Mario. Just a normal guy who is fed up with these giant assholes bothering him and his girlfriend.

He's a working man who's done construction and became a plumber and worked in the sewers. These aren't the kind of people you fuck with. This guy lugs pipes and works in raw sewage so the one bright spot he has is his girl and some pricks keep kidnapping her so yeah I don't see him being happy about it.
Especially considering he has to travel through a new dimension and battle endless enemies to get to her. By the end I think he would think nothing of murdering Bowser, Wart or any of these assholes that keep ruining his day and messing with his girl.
