It pretty much is. Same powers but instead of daggers/darts it fires spinning saw blades. The entire figure was just a repaint of Rax's original one and he came with the Pit Stop Catapult. Its a small Snake Oil gas pump island with a stack of tires that became a mobile catapult and the sign lowered to become a giant shredder that looks like a hedge trimmer blade. It was part of the Racing Series MASK toys.

Seems kinda lazy to me. They couldn't just make a new mask? To be fair though, it was probably cheaper to just repaint figures.

Yeah it's an old stand-by in the toy industry since the 80s. Most every toy line has done this. Besides G.I Joe I think the old Kenner Batman and Toy Biz Spider-Man lines did it the most.

I like the other one better, the metal parts look more real. But this one reminds me more of christmas ... probably the red jacket
