Ron makes tea.I like the idea that he's totally at a loss as to what to do, since Harry and Hermione are solid on the "we'll help with Buckbeak's defense!" front.
There's also some Crookshanks... I like how Lucy Kinsley (a comic artist, author of "Stop Paying Attention!") draws cats, so I thought I'd play around with the style for our wiley furry friend.

haha, yeah. I'm rereading the series and I'm thinking to myself, "what? 13-year-olds wouldn't hang out with a 50+-year giant man with dangerous creatures. Not for fun."
So it takes me back, but in the mind of a grown-up. Hahaha... pfft. I swear I'm not disenchanted.
