it makes my stomach a bit (not a bad thing) WHen i see the hole, i imagine what it would be like to stick your hand into that and then- ga!!!

I know the feeling. I've Always wondered if that hole is supposed to be just like dry wood, or rotten or something. Maybe you could house an owl or a family or squirrels in there though... nicer thought ^^

Never heard that version. Most sources say it's supposed to be a like a hollowed tree trunk :/

Damn nice work, you can find such creatures in the Swedish RPG game Dragons & Demons. Meeting them is a dangerous affair, those who are
unlucky may fall under a trance and become their servant until death. Even if one doesn't fall under their spell, they often have powerful guardians
which keeps the SkogsrΓ₯ safe. A past friend of mine had one of his characters raped by a SkogsrΓ₯, that character had fallen under its spell.

I had no idea there was a Swedish version of D&D. Shame on me I work at the SF-bookstore Β
if you are interested there is a really nice book about sexual relations with SkogsrΓ₯ and other creatures out from MalΓΆtrt fΓΆrlag.

No harm done, I don't expect all to know that such a thing exists. That book does sound interesting, mostly due
to me having a strong interest in mythology and folklore.

At first I didn't think much about it, but I feel that I have to mention it. Dragons & Demons isn't a Swedish D&D, but it's
own RPG game entirely. It is a mix of High/Low fantasy with heavy influences from Norse mythology and the works
of John Bauer. I have to say that I really love that RPG, mostly because it's allot freer than D&D when it comes
to classes.
That you didn't know about Dragons & Demons is understandable, it has to my memory never had an official English
translation (being only released in Sweden). I began to translate the main rulebook, mostly to have something to busy
myself with.Β

Thank you! It's probably because it's a Scandinavian creatur. Sadly Scandi mythology hasn't been as popular as celtic or greek but it's getting more noticed the past couple of years ^^
