Oh, look! Rocko found a new drinking buddy.

Happy St. Patrick's Day. This is my entry for this month’s Rocko Club contest

Okay, here's my thinking behind the picture.
Rocko, Heffer, and Filbert went out drinking for Saint Patrick's Day. This is Rocko's first time seeing green beer. Heffer is busy running around like a frat boy and Filb is either joining in, or trying to keep Hef from getting them all thrown out of the bar.
So, Rocko, having been deserted by his pals, turns to the nearest bar-patron and asks, "What makes it green?"
Ziggy happens to be the one sitting next to him. So Zig is explaining it to him. . . . Of course, she's telling him something like "It's made of Leprechauns" or some such thing, hence the expression.

Oh, in case you're wondering, the floating text is supposed to suggest there is music playing in the bar. I wasn't sure that was clear.
