Now that is a true Ninja .

12/10 for such a cool idea , as well as detail, design, shading, and bits of light to capture the giraffe's mood .

Maybe this could be for a flash game, animation, comic, etc. (but the choice is entirely yours MK01).

Keep up the impressive artwork and outstanding effort .

LOL! Great use of a limited color palette, BTW. For some reason, I imagine this as an excellent children's book illustration. Norman the Ninja Giraffe, perhaps?
