Somewhat inspired by that godawful but still somewhat interesting game, New Worlds. Maybe not enough, I did like their hovertank designs.

I think that they would have something like chromataphors on the hull similar to those used by cuttle fish to camouflage themselves. Thus, they can blend into any background. And as you known a form of cloaking technology is already being developed by DARPA.

It definitely feels Federation; the gray hull doesn't do so well on grassland as it does in space though...
