I'm posting this here for the heck of it, even though a lot of people have seen it already (including Craig McCracken himself). I may take another photo of my Wander plush just to submit it to that Fan Boom project.

Budsies made this by the way, and they did a heck of a job on Wander. I just love him. I also have my Scout plush (fav.me/d9vt1wm ) protecting him at all costs.

Yeah they can, as long they're not officially trademarked for merchandising. They'll obviously reject high-profile characters such as Mickey Mouse, Elmo and Spongebob for example. I usually go to trademarkia.com to make sure.

This is pretty cool. While I don't keep plush toys due to certain reasons, I checked the Budsies website and it looks pretty cool, especially for people who would want plush toys of their imaginary friends.

Thanks. It's pretty amazing what they do. It's also a worthy option for those who want a plush of their favorite characters when official companies refuse to invest in merchandising, as long as it's not trademarked for merchandise. Disney has missed a huge opportunity in my opinion.

I have a question. When you ordered your plushie, did you send an official picture of the character or do you only have send a drawing you did yourself?

Well I kinda did both. I drew the front and back side of Wander, and the rest of the included pics are official, since I didn't feel like drawing a full turnaround sheet at the time.
I also drew his hat alone so the artists can get an idea on what his hat looks like.

Thanks! Well it was made by Budsies so I can't take credit for designing the plush, but I did submit the artwork. At least we have an option (a pricey one but worth it) if networks don't invest in merchandising for our beloved shows.

They just killed their only video game developer when they've ended Disney Infinity, so they're done as a video game publisher, not to mention they've closed Lucas Arts right after they acquired Star Wars a few years back, and I was looking forward to Star Wars 1313.
I think at this point they're only using their television business as a tax-write off, which could explain why Wander Over Yonder is already being terminated regardless of the Annie award the show has earned.

I fully agree, but it seems Disney only cares about their precious Marvel and Star Wars at the moment. Fans on Tumblr already started a campaign to request WOY merchandise on the Disney Store website.

I wish I did, but I only provided the artwork. It was a company named Budsies who made the plushie. They can design a plush toy out of any art you submit. It's not cheap but it's worth every penny.
