Description
Broody, dramatic trickster from Norse mythology- Loki.
Done in watercolor (Schmincke), DinA5. Painted this a few months ago and thought it might be a good piece to upload as my first picture on DevA, because it shows a few aspects of my work: Portraits, people, watercolor, vikings!

hehe, I'm glad that's how it is perceived- it was a kind of experimental piece that came together as I went. Watercolor is a medium that does require a lot of planning. When things workout without planning it's dumb luck or the hand of a certain slippery guy, or both!

Das ist so genial, ich finde die Farben so magisch und zauberhaft! Vorallem die Haare sind so fein gemalt, sie sehen so realistisch aus! Und auch die Kleidungsfalten sehen so hammer gut aus QUQ
