Well em not a good critic ,Saw you're journal and must tell ya that your sketching skills are fab !! Its hard for me to make male characters cuz I've always sketched females and I suggest you should make some females too cuz after a while it'll seem hard for u to sketch women ^^ 
P.S: this sketch is really awesome (one ov my fav in your gallery !)

Very nice piece. Nice technique. Took a look at your gallery as well and I like the fact that you're not just sticking to portraits taken form photos either. Nice to see that ability being used in some original compositions
