Latimer: Some OCs living and loving in Halloween Town
Little Hebi-chan (Snake) and Inu-kun (Dog). I think Inu-kun's confessing to Hebi-chan one Halloween night by spiral hill (which I only just learned was called spiral hill 
hehe)!Although, looks like Hebi-chan might be more inclined to eat that heart...
