Latimer: Continuation of my newly developed Welcome to Night Vale obsession! This is Carlos, of the lovely hair! With some science tattoos, which some real scientists have! (interesting fact, the one on his neck was found on the body of the Iceman Otzi and is one of the earliest recorded tattoos!). He has dark circles under his eyes because I have never met a scientist who wasn't tired
