Description My first ever BoA drawing using color pens! This was something new I thought I'd try after using black biro pens for so long. I had used felt tip pens once or twice before but never color ball point pens. The lines are very sharp and thin, much like black biro pens. I remember seeing a set of color pens in a shop and thinking could I do a decent drawing with them? I bought them and decided to give it a go! It definitely takes longer to shade with pen than pencil! That background was a nightmare from start to finish!

Color ball point pens and felt tip pens.
Framed on A4 paper
Completed in just under 2 weeks.

Thanks. I like using pens though I do get mixed results. Sometimes they turn out well sometimes they don't!

I find it very difficult to get different shades of one color with pens. Psh, I'm sure even the ones you don't think are good are better than my pen drawings. XD

Yes I agree it is difficult to get different shades of one color with pens. It's also alot more time consuming!
