Love the imagery presented in this composition! A light strip cuts across the center of a dark and heavy building structure. The building is dark and very heavy in mood and weight - no light shines from the windows. It is the concrete jungle at it's worst where the light cannot shine. But nestled in it's center shows what was lost when these behemoth skyscrapers were built. What appears to be a 'film strip' that shows a vision of the open air where people stroll freely and there is a healthy and full bodied tree; nature living in harmony with the communities that man builds. But perhaps it is not entirely a lost vision - like how the light strip cuts through the darkness of this building it might be shining like a beacon of hope showing man a path that they could reclaim. This composition certainly makes one stop and think - very well done!

The fences top and bottom look like the holes found in old film. Is that on purpose?
