Captain Hitsugaya from Bleach. Saw this briefly during the newest opening [link] and thought 'that might be interesting'. Oh and yes I made it a hell butterfly. Admit it, they're cooler.He's not my favorite character on the show. But then, I've openly admitted that I like them all so it's all good.
Watch the anime if you haven't seen it yet- you won't be disappointed. Showing Saturdays on Adult Swim though this shot is from the Japanese dub. *grin*
Pencils used- graphites- B,8B,6B,2B,4B,HB, oh and heh cute #2. Also scare amounts of water color pencils. *Kimberly brand- walmart special for the starving artist*

I really hate teaser like that! makes me want to run around in circles trying to figure it out! XD
especially because I can't spoil it for myself yet by reading scanlations from the manga, because it's not even shown in the manga yet! aargh!

OMG so im not the only one who was struck by this quick scene...and to me he does look injured...and perhaps is watching what is happening with "her" and who is putting his arms around her and smiling his famous "grin"? perhaps that is who walks past Toushiro?!OMG the speculations abound with that teaser!!!
and I love what u did here...his eye really focuses your attention!! and the hell butterfly's are uber cool, nice job adding one!!!

Actually I'm thinking it was Hinamori. You know the vice captain who was killed by Gin and Aizen. One minute it's a foot then the next it's a white butterfly..coincidence? I think not.

Awsome coloring! Ive watched like.. to episodes ^-^; one of them was very.. I donno but someone told me there are alot better episodes than the one I watched

I LOVE the series- and like I said there really isn't a single character that I don't like. This show has some of the best character backstories/development that I've seen and there are A LOT of characters.

..and like I said no clue what was going on in the intro- one minute there was a foot, like someone was walking in front of him, the next it was a butterfly. If I had to guess it meant someone had passed on in front of him. Maybe he's in shock, maybe it's in regards to a certain female character which I will keep to myself because I don't want to spoil the anime for those who haven't seen the japanese dub yet- either way it looked like something interesting to draw so there ya go!
