Very cute and, for whatever reason, I really like the positioning of the shadow across her face, and how it gives the impression that she's peeking out from under the umbrella, whilst still allowing us to see all of her expression. Of course, it took me a little while to realise that as I was prior being distracted by the city-scape behind her.

This was different from your current Poke-girl series, like seeing the variation. The red's in this are super interesting. I love that bright saturated red on the highway below the character. The muted reds of her umbrella and bow string are really keen as well and provide a nice little contrast to the dark crisp blues of this piece without being overtly obstructive. I'm absolutely into that little touch of red in her eye, makes it feel like someone's taking her picture. The wrinkles in her shirt make it feel really baggy and loose, like it's a size too large. That's good, adds some character to the figure. I noticed you used the skyline in the background to balance out the figure and make the scene feel more complete, nice job on that one! My one complaint, she's wearing a skirt in the rain. Gonna catch a cold! XD No, but in all seriousness this is a fantastic piece and I think you did a splendid job. I really hope the commissioner likes it. Nice work. Well done!

This makes me feel like being out in the rain for whatever reason, normally I hate it, but there are a few instances where it seems just so natural and serine, you know? Not sure what it is about this piece exactly, but I do feel like it captures that same feeling of serenity perfectly.
Also, nice touch with the highway lights!
