It's the best open world game I've played in my entire life and the fact that it's a Zelda game is just a nice bonus haha. But yes, you'll die a lot in the beginning as even a gust of wind can kill you but the better gear you get the more badass you'll become, aww yiss. But the exploration really is the best part so it's not wrong of you to just mess about in the world!
