Fun fact: Thomas Astruc was a storyboarder who worked on the season 1 of Code Lyoko (Precisely, three episodes: "Teddygodzilla", "Log Book" and "End of Take".) Plus, Miraculous and Code Lyoko have similar premises. Kids with a double life as heroes bent on saving the world (Marinette/Ladybug, Adrien/Cat Noir, Odd, Jeremie, William, Aelita, Ulrich and Yumi), and secondary characters turned into villains. (Either being akumatized or xanafied.)

Also... since how many of the villains are people wich are turned into Supervillains due to personal sorrows by Hawk Moth, my FC would probably not even listen to Hawk Moth about taking the Miraculous(did i wrotte that right ?), i was thinking on a Crippled and Smart Character, like using a CrutchΒ

If that's the case I need to go back to episode 2 to mark any similarities between Adrien's dad and Hawk Moth. Also, I know I said that I didn't like the father, but I guess I was being a little too critical on his character. It just seemed like he wanted to take the credit for the present Marinette planned on giving Adrien...

I just watched the first three episodes yesterday, and I'm pretty much hooked to it. I like all the episodes so far, but my weakest so far is The Bubbler. Adrien thinks that selfish father of his gave him the present Marinette actually gave him, it felt kinda sour. But, I don't hate it because Marinette really wants to see him happy. Aside from that, the idea that "parents ruin everything" was solid. Plus, it wasn't spurred because Adrien's friend who tagged along with him is a spoiled brat saying kids deserve all the freedom they desire, he actually saw how much of an ego his father had and felt bad for him because come on, it was his birthday, he deserves to have a good time. Also, the Bubbler himself is actually pretty interesting. Any thoughts on my opinion?

Original? PSSH! I've seen the stuff done in this so many times, like in Sailor Moon, Tokyo Mew Mew, and even Power Rangers. Heck, a ton of it seems like a bad Tokyo Mew Mew Ripoff to me, for reasons like the Magical Girls being also based on animals, and how Hawk Moth's Akuma Butterflies are a ton like the Chimera Animas in Tokyo Mew Mew.
Some of the reasons why I hate it.
-Hawk Moth is another one of those Rita Repulsa Knockoff villains, and those types have been done beyond all belief. Points against the Originality there!
Let me name you how many other Rita Repulsa Knockoffs I've seen before, showing how unoriginal Hawk Moth really is.
-Queen Beryl from Sailor Moon
-Dr Hell from Mazinger Z
-Quiche and Deep Blue from Tokyo Mew Mew
-King Dedede from Kirby (except he doesn't start with the monsters, but insteadΒ uses his hard-earned cash buyingΒ them from Nightmare Enterprises)
-Emperor Zeppo from Voltron
-Seppukumaru from Ganbare Goemon the Anime
-Joker as well as The Dark Witch from Pretty Cure
-Skor from Kung Fu Dino Posse
-Gibbs from Titan Maximum
-Gerjingha from Wonderful 101
-Ludo from Star Vs The Forces of Evil
They all do the same thing as Hawk Moth. This type of bad guy has been done so much, it isn't even funny anymore.
-The bad guys look totally stupid. Like some sort of dumb understudy rejects for Power Rangers bad guys in fact.
-The Girls aren't very cute and cuddly and floofy and moe'! I want more poofy and adorable Magical Girls.
-The Action is barely what I'd call Action. It isn't truly Action Packed!
THEY CAN'T EVEN KILL A FREAKIN BUTTERFLY FOR GOD'S SAKE!
Yeah, Miraculous Ladybug isn't a very good show, for these reasons.

Still, they can't kill a Freakin' Butterfly and have to just "Magically Purify" it? If this was a Truly Action-Packed show, they'dΒ crush the Butterfly under their heels and put it out, like a badass. I mean it's a Butterfly for God's Sake!
If you want a TRULY Action-Packed series, I suggest you watch RWBY, Steven Universe, Avatar, DBZ, or Digimon.

But still, its a friggin butterfly, and you're acting like I'm asking them to be actually killing people, which is worse! It's not so bad.
Heck, for that matter, I've seen loads of kids showsΒ with people actually dying in them (innocent people too). As long as there's no Blood and Guts, it's perfectly fine for kids to show characters actually dying. Seriously, I can name tons of examples of people being showed getting murdered in kids shows to prove my point!

Miraculous Ladybug isn't like that. I want my Action like this! That sort of stuff with loads of explosions and cool moves and more (oh and no blood and guts). And an actually-awesome-sounding Soundtrack too.

I really like this show! It makes me feel like I'm seven years old all over again and its fairly creative despite the fact its fairly formulaic. I even cosplayed as Ladybug in an anime con that happened during march and I had a lot of fun meeting other fans
