Here's my newest HTF OC that I won for 's raccoon OC raffle, specially thanks to him for designing this! It looks awesome! So I hope you enjoying this!
Rocky is a brown raccoon with a blue spiky hair and he has a black shirt with orange stripes and some white shoes on his feet.
He was rock n' roll perfomer who was in the concert with some Tree Friends like Giggles, Petunia, and Flaky.
He has also is Boomer the Raccoon's big brother and love interest with him, and he loves to sing and teaching everyone how to be a rock n' roll perfomer like him.
