Personality: Icicle is cunning, sly, merciless, vile, devious, nefarious, malevolent, and cold. He grew up with no brother or sister. His parents died once he was born. He was also born with ice powers. Over the years, he had to fend for himself. His isolation grew, his ice powers grew, and once he got the hang of it, that was when his villainous self came into play. He uses his ice powers for evil purposes, and hopes to one day turn the world into an icy paradise for himself.
