I heard Timo Rautiainen & Trio Niskalaukaus' song Hyvä ihminen (and I can't get enough of it, a brilliant song) and I had a vibe for my character CEO Hayes!! So I made a sketchdump!
Damn it, it would take forever to explain what this is all about because I haven't focused on the Wes story for a while... If you're interested, there's already something written on my Toyhou.se page .

For non-Finnish speakers, the song is roughly about a man who comes from a poor family, then gains power and apparently is responsible for starting a war or some other conflict; he's probably a warlord or politician or something like that.
CEO Walter Hayes! He's the boss of the company that tries to keep order in the country and solve any conflicts peacefully. Wesley (the blonde dude) and Sullivan (/Sully, the redhead) are working for him. Wesley, the newcomer and a doubtful individual, doubts the hell out of Hayes. Ellie (the girl) tries to point out that Hayes has made a good impression of himself, and that's true: he's a good person.
But yes, he has power.

I'm not sure if I'm making it canon or not, but Hayes and Sullivan had something going on in the past.
There's a lot of secrecy and mystery stuff around here, but time is one of the plot themes in the story.
