I start my WIPtober with this finished artwork! The WIP was from May 2023. (There's a high chance my WIPtober will be a Songtober because I have so many WIPs that are inspired by a song hehe)

Cale in his thirties!! And this song, THIS SONG! I couldn't really pick my favorite line/verse because the whole song fits (future) Cale perfectly. Unfortunately. (And I hecking MELT when I hear that guitar aaaa)

I wanted to finish this WIP first because I think this goes well with the latest Promptober piece , and there's this recent draft master post of Cale&Bum timeline as well. So, Cale was a total shithead as a teenager, then he was less of an ass but kind of an ass anyway, and when he was hanging out with Bum, he was a very good dude until he became a shithead again. In this artwork he's done being a shithead, but of course every shitty thing he has done follows him, no matter if he changes or not. He's tired of having the same fight against himself time after time. He's a good dude again, but he's depressed and his "I don't give af" attitude has changed into "meh nothing really matters anymore".

I wanted this to match with Feel nothing ! In Feel nothing the shards are harmlessly just hovering there, but in this one they are pointing at Cale. Interpret it as you wish. (read: I don't want to write anything anymore lol)
