I can't figure out what's causing RD to crash so i'mma need some help here.I'm not sure if it's too many polygons or whatnot,but MMD just crashes!

There are some "Joint" with the "Body A:" and/or "Body B:" empty: when one value of Joint is missing, cause the crash of MMD.

if you still having problems with her
Check the Pysics or Joints check the ones that are empty
also you can check the polygons

Well I can't give you a solution but at least she works on Miku Miku Moving. Physics too.
