omg I hate you! XD I just spent like 30 minutes downloading all of your bangs because I would download one then i see the next and go "OH THAT'S PERFECT FOR MY MODEL!!!" xD well now I'm set for all my models hair. None of them will have the same bangs.

its just the texture, make sure you put hte .bmp image thats in the folder with the hair, into your base's folder.

okay, when you downloaded the hair,.. the folder should have had a Hair.PMD and a .BMP image.
you have to copy the .BMP image and paste it into the models folder. C:
