Addendum onto the original ref. I like changing the outfits up in the comic, partially because it makes sense and partially because I get to experiment with what the characters would wear on a day to day basis. Characters like Eva have hardly any difference in their wardrobes, and characters like Phoebe change quite often, all based on their personal interest in appearance.
Originally I was going to go all in with a red and black color scheme for Phoebe, but I found that boring and changed it with her hoodie that she's had for most of the comic. Hoodie was based on a hoodie that princess bubblegum wears (a show that also frequently changes character appearances!)
Just realized I forgot her school outfit though.
