Red Hood 3 - Lian HarperNightstar - Mary (Mariand'r) Grayson
In canon, Lian's not "honoring Jason Todd" or anything... she's actually inspired by Little Red Riding Hood ||like Green Arrow and Robin Hood/blah|| but in my headcanon it is a total Jason Todd reference.

Headcanon: Lian looks to Jason like an uncle//became 3rd Red Hood after him. Her hair is naturally black, she dyes it red like her dad's.
