But I have a doubt about these Kantai Collection girls... are they ship sized (giants) or normal sized girls?

They're personification of many warship and aircraft, so i think they're normal sized girls.

I'm not quite sure about they doing on water too lol, maybe you shud play the game to know that :'D

Oh yeah, I have seen many gameplays of it and it's just boxes firing at each others, so you can't have a clear view of how do they move in the water. If they are floating or hovering over it.
