It's for PC, PS4 and Xbox one. Always gotta check, console exclusives hurt my heart ;.; But so do PCs, they can be pain in the ass when they're not stron enough for all games... I feel ur pain.

Yess, me too. The designs are very cartoony, it's pretty hard to pull off and yet people manage to do that. I'd like to cosplay Phoebe, but that dress would be so much trouble to move around...

Oh yes, and not to mention heavy ;_; I made a huge princess type gown for Halloween and the rim of the hoop skirt is 5 feet wide! All the fabric I had to buy D: But I suppose it was pretty worth it in the end XD
