I like it, but the shading is incredibly soft. Almost difficult to see. Maybe you could try increasing the value and colour difference between their non shaded colours and their shaded tones.
It's not bad by no means, and there's nothing wrong with 'soft' images, but if you want to push it further you should experiment with tone, colour and contrast.
