Hmm
I started drawing this on older, never finished sketch I had drawn long time ago.
Well, during few hours picture changed couple times and when I got it ready, I had no idea what was happening in it.
There's a dragon who... blows something on town underwater.
Photoshop and Paint tool SAI.
