color is pretty and the subject of candles burning should be calming. but that petal is in such a sharp point and is angled right toward me, so this one doesn't really make me relax. not that a small tea light candle holder could make a really viable murder weapon, but still.....

How did I miss this? It's GORGEOUS, very peaceful and has a loving touch to it. The border irritates me immensely, though. The white certainly doesn't suit this; it's a harsh colour against the colours and mood of the photo, I think you should definitely change it.

Wow!! I really like this one!!! It's interesting you chose to make both candles out of focus as opposed to focusing in on one of them. The choice to keep the "petal" of the glass candle holder in the foreground in focus gives a point of interest and really draws you into the photo. The cool blue lighting was a really good choice. It does give a sense of calm and avoids feeling too "cold"... I love the composition and the lighting - especially the glow you can see from the cangle light. Very cool

Yeah, we all seem to see things a bit differently from one another. I probably would have instantly focused on the candle nearest the camera as opposed to the petal and missed that creative composition. You've got quite an eye for a photo...

I love the blue in this and how peaceful it makes me feel..
also how you chose to focus on the holder rather than the flame, making the two flames blurry.. I think if it was in focus, it'd detract from the photo's serene atmosphere...

Feels like the middle of the night, when everyone else is asleep.

Listening to the buzz in my ears, intially; then the thoughts in my head.
The beautifully fading background is exactly what it looks like when you stare at one place too long, comfortably.
