Finally got around doing the next organization member. LOL

This here, y'all, is Vexen. He is the scientist of the group and is placed in number 4 in the organization. His power resolves to ice and wields a shield. That, my friends, is my least favorite character not only in the organization, but in the series. Let me clarify, it's mostly the fights I hate about him (especially in chain of memories 😡). I'm not fond of his personality either, quite a jerk actually :/

Despite not liking him as much, I truly did enjoy drawing this. Doing all the ice effects were really fun to do. Heck, his shield was actually pretty easy.
