well, to tell the truth i don't know how in english sounds the procces of liquidation swastika from german uniform and medals. in russian it sounds like denatsizatsia.

This emblem (black-white-red) is the decal of the Wehrmacht, the Wehrmacht Eagle is on the left side of the helmet.

on the helmet is a white-red flag - the Polish one.

Nay, it isn't easy to see but if you look closer you'll realize that there is a little bit of black at the top left corner.
